Card Submissions

Cards We Purchase

Our buying preferences may change over time.

At the time of publication, we primarily purchase:

• PSA graded sports cards
• BGS graded sports cards
• Sports including baseball, basketball, football, hockey, soccer, and UFC
• Cards generally valued at $10 or more

Publishing these preferences does not guarantee we will purchase every qualifying card.

Shipping

Once an offer is accepted, shipping instructions will be provided.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

• Sellers are responsible for securely packaging shipments.
• Sellers are responsible for obtaining adequate shipping insurance if desired.
• Risk of loss remains with the sender until the shipment has been received by Hit Exchange.

Please do not ship cards until instructed to do so.

Payment

Payment is issued after cards have been received and verified.

Verification includes confirming:

• Certification numbers
• Authenticity
• Grade
• Quantity
• Overall condition

Payment methods and processing times may vary depending on the transaction.

Wholesale Inventory

Inventory shown or discussed by Hit Exchange is subject to availability.

Pricing, quantities, player selection, and product availability may change without notice.

Nothing on this website constitutes a guarantee that specific inventory will be available for purchase.

Buyback Partnerships

Hit Exchange partners with digital platforms, breakers, repack companies, and other businesses to provide card buyback services.

Participation in any Buyback Partnership is subject to separate business agreements.

These Terms do not replace or modify any written partnership agreement entered into between Hit Exchange and another business.
